What fascias and soffits involves
Rotten fascia boards let water behind the gutter and into the rafter feet, which is one of the most expensive repairs on a house because it means opening up the roof edge.
We strip the old timber back rather than capping over it, check and repair the rafter ends, then fit new uPVC fascia, soffit and bargeboard with continuous ventilation so the loft breathes properly.

Some firms do. It hides rot rather than removing it and traps moisture against the timber. We strip back so you can see what condition the roof edge is really in.
How long does a full fascia and soffit replacement take?
A typical semi detached house takes two to three days including guttering, once scaffold or a tower is in place.
