What tile replacement involves
A missing tile is an open door. Wind driven rain gets under the covering, soaks the felt and battens, and works its way into the ceiling below long before you see a stain.

01992 245604Can you match tiles on an older property?
Usually yes. Many Essex and East London properties use profiles that are still in production or available reclaimed. Where an exact match is impossible we take tiles from a discreet elevation and use the new ones there.
Why do tiles keep slipping on my roof?
Repeated slipping normally means the nails have corroded or the battens have decayed. Replacing single tiles will not solve it. We inspect a section to find the real cause.
