What garden rooms involves

A garden room only earns its place if it is warm in January and dry in November. Most flat pack buildings are neither, because the roof, the insulation and the base are all built to a price.

We build from the base up on a proper foundation, insulate walls, floor and roof to habitable standards, and finish with an EPDM or GRP roof that will outlast the building. Power and lighting coordinated with our electrician.
